During the workshop, you will compare several examples of current release wines ( inc. Mac Forbes ‘Hugh’) vs the aged counterparts to gain an understanding of the rewards of maturation, what styles are best to age and we will also have a Q and A with a winemaker to discuss their opinions on aged wine in Australia.
