Autumn: it’s the time of the year where we are so spoilt for choice. It’s the season where almost all the different produce is abundant and everything is in really good quality. But you know, when we think of Autumn, there really is one fungi that comes to mind first: the humble mushroom.

I know it may seem simple, but there are so many varieties and in different colours and sizes and oh, how many things that we can make with this basic little mushie. We’ve created a ‘Sagra’ menu in its honour, devoted to the complete awesomeness of this ‘fun-gi’.

and we want to share it with you.

Thursday April 27 is the return of our seasonal sagra menu featuring a selection of limited time dishes that will be run for one month. Our somm has paired some terrific wines to go with these new mushroom dishes which we are sure you will absolutely love. The menu will be available till June 2.
