Gioielli Del Mare – Jewels of the Sea

So now the sun is starting to show its glorious face, and the menus become a little bit lighter, we think it fitting that this change of season be perfect time to the celebrate all the bounties of the sea.

So why not create an entire menu as an ode to the ocean and all its wondrous delights. Its fresh, it’s light and there is just an abundance of different flavours, textures and colours to choose from.

So thumbs up to you King Neptune, Roman god of the sea, Trident in hand, for watching over this delicious ocean harvest.

But we aren’t going in to this one lightly. No! Chef Tony won’t have any of that.

We are not offering everyday standard seafood. We are pulling out all the stops on this one.

We are talking about urchins, caviar and abalone, just to get your attention. With more delicacies offered on the La Sagra gioielli del mare menu. But that will be the surprise for you to come and check out for yourselves!

If you love the best seafood the ocean has to offer, then this one is for you. Prepare to feel the love!

As always we will be offering you a 5 course chefs menu for $99 pp or add matched beverage for and additional $138 pp throughout the months of September and October. All degustation menu items will be available to purchase individually.
