If you have not heard already, we have welcomed new Head chef Tony Moss into the Sagra family with open arms. So feel free to pop in to say hi and to welcome him to the neighbourhood. He has some great new ideas up his sleeve for the months ahead.
We are so excited to see the wonderful things that this very talented chef can do and what better way to find out, than with a new menu to celebrate the coming of Spring!
Just in time too. I don’t know how much more cold I could take. And I am really ready for some fresh new produce to introduce to the dinner table.
Berries, mandarins, artichokes, green beans are some of the wonderful thing that spring will bring us, and who could not love a succulent spring lamb roast, right?
So it’s time to lighten up the menu offerings, embrace some beautiful fresh greens and prepare ourselves for some much needed sunshine.
