Autumn Menu

You may have noticed that a change is in the air? 
Yes, we have changed our menu for Autumn and it is de-lish-us! 
We’re talking zucchini flowers, grapefruit, pears, brussel sprouts, leeks….. the list goes on.

Might I suggest the scallops? Trust me; you won’t be disappointed.

Speaking of Autumn, it’s the time of the year where we are so spoilt for choice. It’s the season where almost all the different produce is abundant and everything is in really good quality.
But you know, when I think of Autumn, there really is one vegetable that comes to mind first: 
The humble beetroot. 
I know it may seem a little standard or simple, but there are so many kinds and in different colours and sizes and oh, how many things that we can make with this basic little vege. 
So let’s salute this purple (or yellow) beauty and create a ‘Sagra’ menu in its honour, devoted to its complete awesomness.
Every 6-8 weeks we will be paying homage to a specific fruit or veg that is at its peak by making a menu dedicated especially to it. We will create a range of dishes shining a spotlight on our chosen ingredient to showcase the different varieties available and the unique ways it can be used in the kitchen.
